Charlie car rental is where we always rent our car from every time we visit PR. They have the best rates and good cars for your money.
Charlie's made everything easy. The shuttle was prompt, there was plenty of staff who were friendly and clear. The car was great and I would for sure use Charlie's again.
Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up from tbe airport. Vehicle side mirror was damaged & hard to see to drive
I rent a few times a year, there should be a frequent renters program w perks.
Reservation online and pickup was smooth. Vehicle was fine, made some strange noises at times, but drove ok. Also when I filled the gas at the end of the reservation the gauge never went to full. Dropoff, however was painful. I waited standing in line for an hour to drop my vehicle and receive my deposit back. There has to be a more efficient return process than having the cashier responsible for both reaervation check out and returns.

The staff was super helpful and clear in all the explanations. Somehow the price was lower than online, and when I returned the car a day earlier they refunded me the last day. Overall great service and very satisfied with this service
