There is one thing I DON’T like about Charlie: they insist that you either pay their daily liability fee of $15 or let them know your personal insurance policy number. Other than that the service was excellent, attentive and friendly. To change something just call. I started put skeptical but by the end was very pleased.

Service was great in San Juan

Condado location is less than 1.5 miles from the cruise port. No shuttle running so my husband walked. We returned to Isla Verde location, parked in your lot, left luggage in the trunk and walked across the street to Carolina Beach before returning and taking the shuttle to the airport.
It was alright.
Great local business. They were available at all hours, and prompt shuttle to and from airport.
the car had no horn, a broken light on the back, a tire that wen flat the next day, it was dirty on the inside, and I call the agency and no answer, and the charges ware to much, next time I will shop with other car rental charley charges to much and there cars are in bad condition for that kind of money.
We've been renting from Charlie for years and have always had a good experience. This time around, our driver form the airport to the rental agency was driving recklessly and caused damage to one of our suitcases. I only mention this so that Charlie can address this matter with their drivers.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Gave good advice about driving and parking in the area.
