the car had no horn, a broken light on the back, a tire that wen flat the next day, it was dirty on the inside, and I call the agency and no answer, and the charges ware to much, next time I will shop with other car rental charley charges to much and there cars are in bad condition for that kind of money.
We've been renting from Charlie for years and have always had a good experience. This time around, our driver form the airport to the rental agency was driving recklessly and caused damage to one of our suitcases. I only mention this so that Charlie can address this matter with their drivers.

The driver who picked us up drove so erratically that it caused our bags to bang excessively around in the back of the van. When we got to Charlie’s, one of our suitcases was actually crushed in on one side. We’ve used Charlie for twenty years abs never had that type of experience being picked up.
Not many minivans available when visiting but they had just what my family needed. Car was is great condition
