We were unfortunately not picked up due to misunderstandings and waited an hour in the rain to end up taking a taxi to pick up the car. The further unfortunate part about this is that once we got to the car rental place, the staff kept repeating how we were waiting in the wrong place ... therefore we caused our inconvenience and no apology was offered until I asked for it. I also asked for the taxi fare and it was reimbursed. The car worked excellently, was good on gas and took us all over.
The only thing we had a problem with was the original car had a spare tire and no one noticed. We had to ask for another car.
Tha k you for the services, I have been renting from Charlie car rental since the early 90’s when Eloísa Hernández was at service desk. I have to say with all honestly I have been paying a great deal of money for the cars that I have been getting at the pick time. I have co ti outlying end up getting a very small the smallest car in the lot. I will try this one more time in February and see how it goes other wise I believe is time to change agencies. Thank you.

Servicio excelente. La guagua te recoje en el ´gate´ en menos de media hora de llegar. Este negocio le pertenece a PR. Deben de rentar aquí para apoyar a negocios locales.

Car was not thoroughly cleaned upon pickup. Masks and other personal effects were still left in the car. Only 2 employees on duty at time of pickup, agent did a good job but seemed understaffed. Guy at drop off time was awesome. Super fast and friendly which was appreciated as we were running a little bit late

The car was a good car and it performed well however, the car was not cleaned properly when I received it. It had sand from previous users, smelled a little odd and looked like the cleaning was skipped. The exterior had many scratches and defects as well but I understand the pandemic, staffing and car shortages.
The car should have been cleaned better. There were stains on the visor and roof. Other than this there was no issue with the rental and it was affordable which is why we chose your company over all the others. Keep the shuttle free, that's a bonus, too.
