We love Charlie Car Rental! We have been renting from them for the last 20 years when we visit Puerto Rico and will continue to use them in the future. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Big fan of Charlie's Car Rental in Puerto Rico. Why use a national chain when we can keep the money in PR. Rented in Aguadilla Airport where a lot of business takes place 2-6AM. There's only one guy working but he's very competent and nice. I got in and out quickly on both ends. But on the return he was taking care of drop offs first so we could catch our flights, but the in coming customers clearly waited a long time with their long faces. I always rec Charlie's.
I would definitely rent here again. Everything was as expected and the staff was great.
