Easy, affordable and our vehicle was great! Would 100% rent from here every time we visit Puerto Rico
Big fan of Charlie's Car Rental in Puerto Rico. Why use a national chain when we can keep the money in PR. Rented in Aguadilla Airport where a lot of business takes place 2-6AM. There's only one guy working but he's very competent and nice. I got in and out quickly on both ends. But on the return he was taking care of drop offs first so we could catch our flights, but the in coming customers clearly waited a long time with their long faces. I always rec Charlie's.
I would definitely rent here again. Everything was as expected and the staff was great.

Arrived at SJU by 1:00 am called for shuttle pick up and nobody answered the phone in numerous times. We were practically by ourselves at the airport at that time of the morning with no way to get there. luckily I have lived in PR so a gentle soul offered us a ride to Charlie Rental and we accepted it. when arrived theres was only one person there and that came to the window after our noisy calling at he entrance. You guys have to do a lot better to be what you once were.
our 1st car had some issues, Charlie was happy to switch our 1st car for a better (issue free) car immediately when we reported to them.
I certainly recommend them.
