The pick up driver was helpful and friendly. The staff was great, however, the 1st vehicle looked too damaged and tires seemed low on the thread so we asked for an exchange and they obliged with a better vehicle. Tires needed air and front right tire wasn't able to fill with air. The price was honored and all and all we had a great experience.

Car in great condition. There was a misunderstanding on the pick up area. Charlie car rental should have specified to avoid a 2 hour pick up delay. Other than that service, price, car was excellent.
