The Staff was Amazing and the Vehicle was good. Although it was a little stained in the inside of the vehicle, it was a great Experience renting from Charlie and on my next visit I will rent from the again.
The staff was super helpful, and office is clean. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport really quickly, and very happy about that. The only improvement I can suggest is to shorten the wait time in the line.

Never again would rent a car with them. Misleading ad. The said to verify that my auto insurance that I was going to use if it covered Puerto Rico and it did. But when you do reservations it does not says anywhere that I need to bring a letter from my insurance that says that it does cover. So they didn’t rent me the car even my insurance cover in Puerto Rico. Not even in the email says to bring a letter from my insurance company and that’s why they didn’t rent.

Great company for rental
System was down and time to pick up was over an hour. Car had less than a half a tank of gas when picked up and I was charged more than my quote.
It was somewhat expensive, but then again all the rental companies were. Charlie was the less expensive rental I could find. They are very close to the BQN airport so this is a plus. Check-in and check-out were quick.
