Very quick and easy process and they are willing to take care of you even during your rental period without question.
The only thing that was strange to me was that it was a 2022 Chevy and had a smart screen like a new car, but had no automatic locking or windows. All doors had to be manually locked and all windows had to be manually opened with a crank. This was fine overall, but it was just strange to feel like I was in a simultaneously new and old car!

The parking lot is very crowded and there is always a long line to get and return cars.
The experience was good I was impressed with the service thought you were a bit pricy but doable.
