Good rental place, friendly staff
I have been renting cars from Charlie Car Rental in Isla Verde for many many years. The cars are always clean, run well, and the rental process is excellent. I have recommended Charlie to a lot of people who also have had the same positive experience. I will never rent from another agency in Puerto Rico and travel there twice a year. Please keep up the great work and continue to keep your prices as reasonable as the always have been.
The only thing I have to say is, the vehicle was not as cleaned as I hoped for.

I always rent from Charlie’s when I come to Puerto Rico.
Would not accept my insurance, did not quote me what I was quoted on the internet, Vehicle was dirty… would never rent from them again.

It was good, the only thing I didn't like was that I was waiting over an hour to be picked up at the airport
