I wish someone would have mentioned to clean out sand from your staff; our AirBNB host told us that if we don't vacuum the sand, most car rental agencies charge later on. I would not have known that as obviously I didn't read all the forms you had me sign. Just would be nice to tell others...
The minivan smelled like smoking.
I was given a car that didn't even had carpets in it. Next day car had a Horrible sound when pressing breaks, it was so bad it will sound even when pressing gas. I called isla verde office just to be told I needed to take the car back and exposed my family to a 1 1/2 he trip with a car with no breaks so they exchange it. I ended up driving to Aguadilla office utilizing the emergency breaks to make it there. No one actually showed concerns or offered a discount or better car for the whole inconve

The service was great! I used to always use Charlie 's rental then stopped for a while...not anymore. Prices are better, service is quick, efficient. Definitely sharing information with family and friends.

The vehicle was delivered in poor condition and dirty and banged up.. the first vehicle had a bad odor so they gave a second vehicle which had the issues mentioned above without the odor.
Easy transition from picking up my family at the airport to receiving the rental car. Clear explanation of any charges and available add-ons. No hassle on returning the vehicle and free transportation back to airport.
Would rent again without hesitation
