El dia que llegue llame despues de 20 minutos me repondieron y la respuesta fue que si podia esperar 25 minutos por que la persona que recoje esta en break. Me lleve el carro tuve que llamar para cambiarlo me dijieron que pase debido por que estaba machado y tenia un malo olor. Cuando llegue medicen que no hay carro.despues de un viaje de 1 hora. Tu vieron darme un carro pequeño cuando entregue el carro medi cuenta que me estaban cobrando el presio de otro carro tuvieron que resolverme.

This is a close/convenient car rental business with a good selection of vehicles. I had a group of six people, and we were all comfortable in the van they provided.
Pick up and drop off were both smooth, and the representative even helped with local suggestions during pick up.
Their online deals are definitely the way to go!

When I initially picked up the vehicle it didn’t appear to have been serviced and cleaned. I don’t know if it was because I arrived late afternoon (6:00p) then had a check engine light come on and brought the vehicle back. I was given another vehicle that was in super great shape (serviced & cleaned). This is the second time I’ve rented from Charlie Car Rental and other than this hiccup all has always gone well.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the wait time when we arrived to rent the car was very long. Also, when I called to have the shuttle pick us up from the airport, no one answered the phone until I called back multiple times. There was only one type of car to choose from, no other options. The $25 toll
Activation fee is unnecessary especially when you won’t be using tolls (I only paid $6 in tolls). Price to fill a half tank of gas was $42 which is ridiculous.
