I’ve been renting from Charlie’s rent a car for many, many years, and I will continue to rent from there I love there service.
I loved the service; however the car I rented wasn't great quality. The windshield wipers didn't work properly. I was stuck in a storm and the car wipers were horrible. There was also no water in the car to clean the windows when I needed to wipe. Also, the car wasn't the best to go up all those hills Puerto Rico has.
