I rent from Charlie rentals every time I go Puerto Rico, but lately the car have been having issues. My last car had the Check engine light on. The tires were Worn out. The car was also dirty when I got it.

Received the car with no gas and became worried we would run out of gas immediately. Car had lots of dings but that is excusable considering the roads. The staff was great though
The staff was easy to work with and understood my needs. The car I booked was there and waiting on me. Unlike the ladt rental place. The place was COVID friendly and a safe place to rent from. Returns were fast and easy. When I accidentally hit a roll road they were easy to talk to to activate the toll pass. This is the second time renting from them and wouldn't use any one else when renting.
