I recently rented a vehicle from this rental agency and I was very pleased with my experience. I was picked up and waited on promptly, and the rate quote I received was honored. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The vehicle I requested was available, and it was even better than expected. Rented multiple times with this company. Check in process was easy since they had most of my information on file.
I recommend it to five family members and they all rent it from their great place.
Web site has a big and added fee for age under 25
Additional fees added anyway dispote lengthy process to show insurance through home vehicle and they don’t believe or unable to coordinate information through work travel coverage that is different from home policy.
The car that was given to me has the front bumper loose a I had problems with it on the highway needed to stop and tighten the screws evenly I told them about it.
Agents were very courteous and knowledgeable.
Anytime i am in puerto rico i always rent from Charlies. All the staff are all friendly and so helpful, no matter what time of day you entrr the facility. So i always say if you are in pr rent from charlies cant go wrong. So thank you always for being there
