Is very convenient getting picked up and dropped off at the airport
I had to call the company to have their van picked me up from the airport instead of it being there.I was happy with my car but it did give me problems with low tire pressure in one wheel. Also the windshield wipers were old and not good. And there was no wiper fluid either. when I informed them of the problems they were apologetic and gave me a small credit on my final cost. That was nice of them and i appreciate it. I have rented from Charlie Car Rental many times and will continue to do so.

Waiting time for pick up was a bit longer than expected. This is.specially frustrating when doing long trips with family and I was just tired.
