I have used Charlie's Car Rentals for many years as the customer service is extraordinary! They ALWAYS have taken great care of us on our vacations to Puerto Rico. I highly recommend.

1st they left me at airport for over 2 hours never at 3am picked me up took a cab $25 & couldn’t even refund that back to me a car smelled like raw fish and had white car hair everywhere once I complained the guy said they didn’t have anything else. Than they didn’t give me the quote I had rsvp not to mention they kept my full deposit saying they can see smoke. Everyone who assisted me on the date of pick-up (7/21/21) & drop off (7/28/22) was outstanding. Especially the gentleman/service agent who did the actual rental. A total asset to your company. Manager was friendly & helpful & answered my questions clearly. The gentleman who picked me up & dropped me off @ the airline was quick,polite & professional. Excellent team & experience. Price for rental way too high this time. Have rented before,rate was lower.. Don't appreciate being price gouged

When my mother who is handicapped could not climb onto the van, the company sent a car to pick us up. Charlie goes the extra mile.
