Car was a Kia economy size and there was noise when u excellerated it was very annoying but we made the best of it I thought Charlie could have done better for me since I rent always with them and I visit the Island quite often since I own a property in Isla Verde hope you guys get better
The price was too high

Overall I am very pleased with the quality of service I received from the rental car company. I will definitely keep renting from you guys on all my futures trips to my beautiful island to go visit my family and friends.

They are going to need a bigger office
I rented for 3 days and prepaid my gas 44.00, which I only used less than 1/4 of gallon. I was told I would have to worry about topping it off. When I returned car I didn’t have time to top off car, so I assumed they would do it and return me the difference. I was told I would not be getting a refund on the difference, I would if I topped of myself. Not cool.
