I rented for 3 days and prepaid my gas 44.00, which I only used less than 1/4 of gallon. I was told I would have to worry about topping it off. When I returned car I didn’t have time to top off car, so I assumed they would do it and return me the difference. I was told I would not be getting a refund on the difference, I would if I topped of myself. Not cool.

Overall, a nice experience.
I got a flat tire the next day after picking up the rental at Isla Verde. I called the Aguadilla location because I was staying in the west of the island. I was told that I had to change the tire myself to take the vehicle to the Aguadilla location so that they could exchange vehicle for another. This was a very inconvenient situation, not customer friendly
