Excellent Service!
The vehicle was dirty when picked up and had the exclamation mark on the dash. Was not picked, when passing by to ask about the rate for another day because my flight was cancelled the woman was rude. I asked the rate to keep the car an additional day and she automatically responded all the cars were booked. I had not returned my vehicle yet, she was very dismissive. I have two children & carseats and she continued to say no. I let her know I was not going to return my car til til tomorrow.
I love Charlie's rental. They are kind, personable, and always have a car ready for me when I travel.

Everything was great. They are going toneed a bigger office.
No issues from being picked up from they're shuttle service to returning the car rental. And also want to thank the staff, especially the the shuttle driver who located my sunglasses I left behind and returned them to the office which I was able to coordinate for my relatives to pick up the next day. Overall, Charlie / ACE car rental was smooth experience on a last minute reservation.
