Everything was great. They are going toneed a bigger office.
No issues from being picked up from they're shuttle service to returning the car rental. And also want to thank the staff, especially the the shuttle driver who located my sunglasses I left behind and returned them to the office which I was able to coordinate for my relatives to pick up the next day. Overall, Charlie / ACE car rental was smooth experience on a last minute reservation.
The cab to and from the airport was very quick - no waiting around and that’s helpful when you need to catch a flight!
Our mini van was perfect for our needs. The back tire kept losing air, so we had to stop and put air in it every few days, but otherwise it was great. We will rent again next time we visit Puerto Rico!
