In my opinion the price was sky high. Charlie charged me for everything. even though I was using my personal auto insurance they also charged for insurance and the auto espresso charges are definitely not satisfactory.

The vehicle was nice the customer service was no good first the pick up driver did not stop were he was supposed to we had to walk a good distance on the other side to catch up to him I found him to be rude and arrogant as well as the person on the counter they were just joking around between each other and when attending was not a very pleasant person to speak with not sure if would rent again with them being there.
Rental company was great and offered the best price.

Had to go to a emergency (funeral) for 2 and ahalf days they charge me $925 for a simple small car will not go here again
