Flight was late and was charged with extra 300.00 for the rental, Juan Gonzales very poor customer service and rude.
The car was good and every went well. The only thing that didn’t work or the company should do better is the explanation of the waiting area to get the bus when you arrived to San Juan.
We have always rented from Charlie Car in San Juan when visiting Puerto Rico, as a cost effective alternative to the big chains. We were happy to find that Charlie Car offered service in Aguadilla.
Charlie's car rental agency was great to work with. The price on the rental was steep, but I suppose that's to be expected on the Island in Puerto Rico.
The website could be more specific about the cars and their substitutions.
