We have always rented from Charlie Car in San Juan when visiting Puerto Rico, as a cost effective alternative to the big chains. We were happy to find that Charlie Car offered service in Aguadilla.
Charlie's car rental agency was great to work with. The price on the rental was steep, but I suppose that's to be expected on the Island in Puerto Rico.
The website could be more specific about the cars and their substitutions.
Everything was great. Only issue was that it seems as if they cleaned the seats with water but it didn’t dry properly and left a very funky smell throughout the whole car.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the car was clean and smelled fresh, had a great experience, thank you!!!!
My wife and I frequently travel to Puerto Rico and only rent our cars from Charlie's. We consider ourselves loyal Charlie's customers because of their friendly and courteous service.
Overall a good experience. Would rent from here again.
