Nice car available at reasonable price. Wait was a bit long at office and number of protection options can be a bit confusing. Easygoing company. Would rent again.

Great service, price and the car was in great shape. Only issue was a fairly long wait for the shuttle at the airport. Will definitely use Charlie Car Rental next time in Puerto Rico
Vehicle operated fine. There were several external body scratches and the interior wasn't cleaned
It was a very easy and pleasant experience. There was no hassle, and it was basically in and out. The staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable and even offered some suggestions about what to do on the island.
The staff were very courteous and fluent in both English and Spanish
