To pick up a car I waited an hr which is was wasteful time. But staff was great they just need more people

Vehicle operated fine. There were several external body scratches and the interior wasn't cleaned
It was a very easy and pleasant experience. There was no hassle, and it was basically in and out. The staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable and even offered some suggestions about what to do on the island.
The staff were very courteous and fluent in both English and Spanish
