One day I couldn't find the key. I knew it was in the car because the car would not run without the key being near. I call the rental site and explain to them., politely I was told to come back to the office site they will help me find it or I was going to get another key
They young lady was very polite and professional and help me with giving me a key. Funny thing , when I went to park the car, there was the 1st set of key. I am so happy that I wasn't told you have to pay for another key.
