I loved the rental it was fast and easy I didn’t like the young driver fee but i understand and the car was kinda struggling to go up any hills

My only complaint is that the seats were full of stains from past renters. I would purchase seat covers that are washable or leather to be easily cleaned or replaced if stained. I would still rent from Charlie again in the future. Best deal in town.
After getting to the counter I was told I needed to wait because of an error on my reservation. I was given a car that was damaged, breaks need replacing and the car had problems it scrapped underneath. When I returned the vehicle I reported the problems to the associate who didn’t seem to care much about my experience and further the safety problems that I reported.
