A little leniency on gas would help.

I rent from Charlies 2 or 3 times a year and always receive great service and fantastic cars.
Wait time was too long....pick up at airport was unsatisfactory and rental cost was too expensive.
I have been renting Charlie's car for almost every weekend last 2 months. People are great but the weight time and line to actually pick up the car is unbelievably slow. On May 2nd I literally waited 75 minutes. even though I always go to the place as early as possible and there is maximum of 2 people in front of me, still the pick up takes forever.
Waited in line over an hour to rent a car, waited in line over 30 mins to return the car
