The cars are dented or need auto body repairs
Everything was fine. It is as expected. The whole insurance requirement and proof of insurance is a pain to deal with. The fact that we received a damaged car was a bit troubling. They collect money to fix repairs but don’t actually get them repaired? They were right across the street from our condo and went with them for the convenience. When we go back to PR, we will definitely do more shopping around now that we have done this once and know where other rental car companies are now.
The service and knowledge of the staff was good, but they do try to push you to select their insurance coverage rather than your own. The car was dirty and stained all over it was and older model with absolutely no power anything. I have rented from Charley’s before have pay way less and received a new model vehicle, so I was not impressed with this rental.

The staff was great but the service was slow. Employees were chatting instead of moving quick. That’s not good especially when travelers are tired and ready to get on their rental and get to their destination.
