Overall good experience
I was worried after reading many review about trying to upsell insurance anc everything. None of that happened. They provided my card quickly with minimal paperwork compared to othe ragencies I used. They were very quick with inspection of vehicle at conclusion and and did not give a hard time about anything. Do mind you that they can get extremely busy causing a long wait. Especially around lunch time. Not really their fault. Demand is crazy right now post-covid.

Issues with getting picked up from the airport (shuttle never arrived and they weren’t answering their phone). They did give us a taxi credit on our rental as a result. Fantastic service otherwise.

Everything was good the staff was professional the only down fall was they charge 13.99 per day to cover a 1000 deductible even though I have full cover insurance
