I always rent from Charlie's every time I visit Puerto Rico. This last vehicle I rented I found it to be too difficult to get in and out of it. I wear braces on both legs. My mistake on accepting this vehicle. Otherwise the rental experience was good.

This car rental was more expensive than quoted alsoling wait to pick up car after waiting nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle to take me to off site facilities
The cars brake pads went and were scratching the rotors literally an hour after renting it. I had to drive an hour away to replace the vehicle which was not as spacious or as clean as the previous one. The replacement vehicle seemed to have transmission slipping issues.
Was presently surprised and thankful for everything.
