Car was not cleaned when I picked it up. Scratches all over the car. Brakes were bad.

They need to clean up the vehicles better, the vehicle that I rented was full of roaches

I always rent from Charlie's every time I visit Puerto Rico. This last vehicle I rented I found it to be too difficult to get in and out of it. I wear braces on both legs. My mistake on accepting this vehicle. Otherwise the rental experience was good.
