Charlies car rental is one of the best in puerto rico, every time i go i always rent from them, they have a wonderful staff and they take good care of you or any problems with a rental. I Highly Recommend Them.
Service was great but the vehicle was in very poor shape, damages all around. I wish I could upload pictures with this review. C+ for Charlie this time.

Only issues are: Inside of the windows were not cleaned, longer than usual wait time. I always rent from Charlie when i visit PR. Service and professional coutesies always extended.
Needs improvement with shuttle bus pick up times other than that it’s good and I would recommend.
