Great place, has been renting cars here for the last 20 years.
On renewal of the contract for another 30 days, the company allowed all rates and terms to be unchanged from first rental period. that was a good thing.

When they picked us up, the guy got lost, we waited 1 hour. How he got lost, i dont know ,things happen. But everything else was perfect. This is our 3time with charlie.

My plane was delayed in Baltimore due to weather. I called Charlie’s five times in an attempt to ensure they would hold my reservation but no one answered the phone. Upon arrival to San Juan, I learned that Charlie’s gave away my reserved car. In addition, there were no other rentals cars available from them or any other car rental company and I was stranded at the airport. I have been using Charlie’s for many years but moving forward, I will likely pay a few dollars more and go elsewhere.
