Al entregar el auto se me quedo en el auto un "beeper" para abrir un porton y al llamar en la tarde del mismo dia para tratar de encontrarlo me informaron que no lo habian encontrado. Ya el auto habia sido alquilado y quedaron en llamar al nuevo cliente para ver si estaba todavia en la visera del chofer. Estoy esperando una llamada de su parte para informarme sobre el asunto. Office staff was friendly and very helpful on information on Puerto Rico.
Great place, has been renting cars here for the last 20 years.
On renewal of the contract for another 30 days, the company allowed all rates and terms to be unchanged from first rental period. that was a good thing.
