When they picked us up, the guy got lost, we waited 1 hour. How he got lost, i dont know ,things happen. But everything else was perfect. This is our 3time with charlie.
The process went very smoothly. The representative was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Would definitely rent from them again and have already recommended them to others.
My plane was delayed in Baltimore due to weather. I called Charlie’s five times in an attempt to ensure they would hold my reservation but no one answered the phone. Upon arrival to San Juan, I learned that Charlie’s gave away my reserved car. In addition, there were no other rentals cars available from them or any other car rental company and I was stranded at the airport. I have been using Charlie’s for many years but moving forward, I will likely pay a few dollars more and go elsewhere.

The place is great. Cars are among the best. The only gripe I have is their Auto express (EZ Pass) policy too pricy for the choice of tolls not included

We were picked up very quick once I made a call to let them know I had arrived and was waiting. The gentleman that help me behind the counter spoke English without any problem and was very courteous the car was quite comfortable and gas efficient. I will rent again from Charlie as they made my experience of picking up the car and returning it very easy and effortless. I have and will continue to recommend this rental company
