When I arrived, the rental given was in poor condition, and the agent gave me another that was better. On the day before I was set to leave, the car's right front tire completely emptied out after indicating it was low. I called Charlie rental and they sent someone to change the tire and the guy arrived and changed fairly quickly (about 40 minutes in Condado, San Juan traffic). I took the car back to Charlie's instead of driving around on a little replacement and they gave me a better car. A+

I always rent from Charlie Car Rental when I go to Puerto Rico. Their vehicles are new models, clean, great on gas and rates are the best! Courteous, helpful, if there is a problem they will focus 100% on making sure all is okay (a flat tire is how I know this). I never have any worries or concerns, this includes visits during the big earthquake and covid pandemic, all good!
