Always great service. They are very transparent with the prices and rental requirements prior to renting the car. The car return process could be improved because you have to wait back in line to return the car instead of dropping off. I am very happy with my experience and I will rent from Charlie next time I'm in the island.

The car was not cleaned properly. The glass on the inside was very dirty. The car had bad odor. The seats are stained.
The car also needs an alignment it pulls hard to the left. This is my second rental with Charle, I don know if I will rent again.
