The car was not cleaned properly. The glass on the inside was very dirty. The car had bad odor. The seats are stained.
The car also needs an alignment it pulls hard to the left. This is my second rental with Charle, I don know if I will rent again.

En menos de 1 semana estube que cambiear de vehiculo por que tenian daños mecanico el primero liquiaba aceite y el segundo prendio tres luces una de ella fue la del mantenimiento de motor no esube salifecha

I normally rent Budget or Enterprise but Charlie car rental was much cheaper and service was so good. I loved it. I will recommend to all my friends who is visiting Puerto Rico.
