Easy process for picking up and returning vehicle

Very smooth experience, I really appreciated how informative they were and really pushed us to check with our insurance on coverage.
I rented in Isla Verde. The light indicating that one of the tires needed air came on.
I went to the Isabela location and they took care of it! No questions asked.

Car was a little scuffed and dinged up with almost 40k island miles on it. Rates seemed to be higher than usual, but I'm guessing this has something to do with the COVID situation and the fact only the SJU airport is open, but still. Staff at time of pickup and drop off were all very friendly and professional - they were great

They gentlemen who picked me up from the airport on November 28 was unfriendly and not helpful. He did not say hello nor did he help with my luggage. I understand we are going through a pandemic and if that were the case he should have mentioned that was the reason on why he couldn't help me with my luggage.
