They gentlemen who picked me up from the airport on November 28 was unfriendly and not helpful. He did not say hello nor did he help with my luggage. I understand we are going through a pandemic and if that were the case he should have mentioned that was the reason on why he couldn't help me with my luggage.

Car was over 34,ooo miles. No cruise control I was driving long distance. Need to revise car tires before delivering the car. Low pressure sign was on when they delivered. When Inget to Mayaguez need to fix it the second day there. Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable... Especially Isaias who is an all around. He drives the shuttle bus, recieves cars when delivered and even helps in the counter when is rush time.
