Car was over 34,ooo miles. No cruise control I was driving long distance. Need to revise car tires before delivering the car. Low pressure sign was on when they delivered. When Inget to Mayaguez need to fix it the second day there. Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable... Especially Isaias who is an all around. He drives the shuttle bus, recieves cars when delivered and even helps in the counter when is rush time.

I always rent with Charlie's but it's a 50/50 chance of what kind of car tyou may get. The car was horrible
