They took too long to serve us, we had to wait for more than an hour to receive the car. They raised the prices and did not serve us well.

We have been renting cars from Charlie's for the last 25+ years. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and friendly and the service has always been great. We recommend Charlie's to our family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Me super encanto el servicio! Lo unico malo fue la espera por el vehiculo y luego la espera para el transporte al aeropuerto y que estaban remodelando el baño y no habia ni un portatil! Estare rentando con CA cada vez que venga a PR.

I had a "tire warning light" issue on day three and Charlie's switched the vehicle quickly that evening and gave me another of the same model. It worked out well for us.
