I've been renting from Charlie for over 40 years every year, Great value for the money.
The vehicle I rented had a mechanical problem however when I reached out to they sent a tow truck and I got a better car for the inconvenience. I’m very pleased and would recommend. Also using Charlie Car Rental in the near future.
The experience was great, I will be renting again with this company. The only problem (not really a big problem) I had been told there would be a $150 hold but I only received $124 in return. I didn’t have time to ask because the shuttle was waiting for me. However, I’m returning in December so I will ask about that. Other than that the pricing on the rental and customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Great customer service. The car was in great clean conditions. Great Covid-19 precautions strictly followed by all front desk and shutter drivers personnel. Only recommendation is to try to improve shutter pick-up timing at the airport terminal. Perhaps since San Juan Airport is not a big place, would be better in and that assigning a passenger pick-up area would help to has all customer gathered at a single point and reduce the waiting time.
