They are honest and some other local agencies are not. You can trust them.
Service was good, paid $61.95 more for the same 4 day rental that I paid at Dollar. Charlie gave me a Versa, Dollar a Elantra. Charlie charged a higher deposit, $250 Dollar $200. They also seemed very concerned about customers own insurance, because I called my insurance company, like their website states and if I had an accident all cars were covered. At the time of pick after declining their insurance I was told that if i was in a accident I would have to pay on the spot. Stressful.
