I have been a loyal customer since 2003 because Charlie rental offers great vehicles and affordable rates. The staff is also incredibly courteous and helpful, you won't regret renting a vehicle from this business!
The rental agency used to be open 24 hours. Now they close at 5 pm. I am extremely dissatisfied that there is no after hours drop off option. I would not have rented the car if I knew this when reserving the car.

When we arrived at the airport there weren't any shuttles there we waiting about 20 mins, had to take a cab to the rental. But the whole process was seamless, staff were great. The car was ready and good pricing.
