Too long of a wait to check in and out. Need to get automated and digital like other agencies at airport, and it would be much faster.

I understand the situation w/Covid-19, but the homepage gave an opening hr that was consistent w/my Rental schedule, not the case when I picked up the vehicle. This put a burden on having to return vehicle 1 day early and having to pay for trip to airport. Besides this misunderstanding, everything else was great.
