Excelente todo servicio carro
We have rented cars for the four months we spend annually in PR from Charlie Cars for the past nine years. We have seen the rate for the four months go from just over 3 K to over 5 K. At a cost of 5 K, we figured we could buy a car and it would pay for itself in 2-3 years. So we turned in the car after one month. We found out later from a friend that they were paying about $800 per month from Charlie for a nicer car. We ended up buying a car from CCCar sales. .
Hats off to Charlie Car Rental! In the midst of the emerging Coronavirus crisis, the office remained open and staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. We brought our car back 2 weeks early and they even gave us a credit! The car itself was great and performed very well. THANK YOU to Charlie Car Rental owners and staff! Stay safe and well!

This was our first year renting from Charlie's. It was so nice having the specific vehicle that we rented waiting for us with no issues. It was quick and easy. In the past 3 years we rented from other agencies in Aguadilla and had to wait hours in line only to be told that they gave our car to someone else. We will only use Charlie's from now on. Thank you for such great service!!!
I have rented from Charlie Cars twice now and will be renting from them a third time when I am back in Puerto Rico in May for research. The customer service is great and I trust the company.
We use Charlie Car every time we come to PR and every time it's been a good experience. Sometimes the pile up in the office to get the car is difficult, but ok
