This was our first year renting from Charlie's. It was so nice having the specific vehicle that we rented waiting for us with no issues. It was quick and easy. In the past 3 years we rented from other agencies in Aguadilla and had to wait hours in line only to be told that they gave our car to someone else. We will only use Charlie's from now on. Thank you for such great service!!!
I have rented from Charlie Cars twice now and will be renting from them a third time when I am back in Puerto Rico in May for research. The customer service is great and I trust the company.
We use Charlie Car every time we come to PR and every time it's been a good experience. Sometimes the pile up in the office to get the car is difficult, but ok

Charlie car rental was super easy to pick up and drop off the car. There weren’t any hassles or hidden fees. Would definitely rent here again!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, including when I had to end my reservation early because my trip was ending early. However I was disappointed with the amount of taxes and fees that were added to my reservation. I was quoted about $260 for a five-day reservation, which would've been a great deal. With those taxes and fees the total was about $410. In the end I paid about $150 for the two days I had the car.
