Everything was great.
They even took pictures of the car before leaving the lot to verify all of the previous damage and emailed them to me.

Charlie Car Rental was fine; glad they are local operation not multinational chain. However they are quite "pushy" on the insurance and toll road transponder and trying to extract extra costs..

Signed up for insurance I didn't need, other then that service was fine.
Overall the car was a good experience. It seems to me that the company was looking to gather excess fees from renters, as they charge a large sum of money for dirt in the car, and also take out the floor mats. From this, it seems like they’re trying to limit renters’ ability to avoid the fee.
