Didn't had the car I made reservations for! And the waiting at the airport and at the office was too long. But Charlie C.R. Make for it by upgrading to a better vehicle.

This place ruined my vacation! Made a reservation months prior to my vacation and when I arrive at the airport I call for the shuttle and was told they had no cars and were not sure when they would have cars! Terrible never again!

I have rented with Charlie before, on the recommendation of a B&B owner in Fajardo. Every time they have given excellent service and their rates are the best I can find. Cars are clean and well-maintained. Their pick-up shuttle service is prompt and efficient. We always use them.
