Rented car from Charlie many years and very satisfied
Everything was great!
I wish all the additional fees were mentioned b4 I arrived at the office. Like the ez pass options and the liability insurance price. A car rental for low $300’s turned into a mid $400’s. And the car had a back up camera and blue tooth but had hand crank windows, and you needed the key to open/lock every door. Go figure.
Even though we reserved online ahead of our trip it took FOREVER to get our vehicle and get us on our way. In the middle of our checking VARIOUS times our staff member walked away with no explanation and was gone for 5-10 minutes at a time. Get me in and get me out. Im on vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shuttle was a little delayed picking us up from the airport. Our first vehicle had the engine light come on and getting it exchanged took a little longer than I’d have hoped, but they were busy at the time, so I tried to be understanding. Everything else was easy! I would rent there again.

Recommend anyone renting a car to bring proof of collision coverage from their current car insurer to avoid rental insurance costs at the rental agency. I was pleased with Charlie Rental with three exceptions; 1-shuttle pickup time at airport was long (25 minutes). 2- check in at counter until we got our car was too long (30 minutes). 3-I did not like the “Charlie Rental” stickers on front/rear bumpers. I think these three issues can be resolved in time for my next rental, thanks Charlie!
