Recommend anyone renting a car to bring proof of collision coverage from their current car insurer to avoid rental insurance costs at the rental agency. I was pleased with Charlie Rental with three exceptions; 1-shuttle pickup time at airport was long (25 minutes). 2- check in at counter until we got our car was too long (30 minutes). 3-I did not like the “Charlie Rental” stickers on front/rear bumpers. I think these three issues can be resolved in time for my next rental, thanks Charlie!

We were picked up from the airport at arrivals right on time. I did have to call to make sure the shuttle was coming, it is not automatic.
The vehicle was very nice for a mini van and ran well. Also very good on gas mileage. Dropping off took 15 minutes and then we were on our way!
