Great checkout.
Convenient off airport location near hotels. Have been renting there for many years.
I arrived and left San Juan at very inconvenient times. late at night and early in the morning. They were open and had good staff to take care of me without delays.
They didn't honor the rate I booked and lines were long and slow. They were not in a rush to keep the line moving.
Great service in all ways. They provided a free airport transfer for us and honoured it the day after we returned the car. A real savings for us!

I showed up 3 hours early to pick up a SUV I had reserved. I spoke to Orlando at 5 am and was told no problem com and get it. I arrive and spoke to Axle who told me that I was too early for my reservation and that he would have to charge me $10 more per day for a Jeep. Because I was pressed for time I said OK. But, this is absolutely bullshit!!! You guys need to get your act together> I have been renting cars from you guys for 14 years. I'M DONE!! NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!!!
The only issue I had was that the vehicle had stickers with company’s name all over and that can caught the attention of the wrong people. Especially when renting.
