Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff
The rate quoted for LDW was not honored. Additionally, the explanation of the pre-gasoline payment was not accurately communicated. Furthermore, paperwork for demonstrating coverage in Puerto Rico (as a US Territory) was troublesome, but a call to the insurance agent straightened it out. Aside from these issues, service was prompt and friendly. No issues with the vehicle itself.

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I thought that rented from the Condado location on Ashford and returning it to the Isla Verde location. I had an Uber take me to the Condado location to find the location is no longer there. We called them and got it straightened out. Once we got there, the process was very easy and I was happy with the car we were assigned. Returning was very easy and loved the shuttle to the airport. Our deposit was returned the next day. Great value!
