I showed up 3 hours early to pick up a SUV I had reserved. I spoke to Orlando at 5 am and was told no problem com and get it. I arrive and spoke to Axle who told me that I was too early for my reservation and that he would have to charge me $10 more per day for a Jeep. Because I was pressed for time I said OK. But, this is absolutely bullshit!!! You guys need to get your act together> I have been renting cars from you guys for 14 years. I'M DONE!! NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!!!
The only issue I had was that the vehicle had stickers with company’s name all over and that can caught the attention of the wrong people. Especially when renting.
Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff
The rate quoted for LDW was not honored. Additionally, the explanation of the pre-gasoline payment was not accurately communicated. Furthermore, paperwork for demonstrating coverage in Puerto Rico (as a US Territory) was troublesome, but a call to the insurance agent straightened it out. Aside from these issues, service was prompt and friendly. No issues with the vehicle itself.
